  1. If you receive our newsletter you will have already heard about our first ever craft swap. A craft swap is a really fun and simple idea.

    You make a project in the theme of the swap, and post it to your swap partner. And then you get one in return! A fantastic way to share and receive some crafty inspiration.

     

    Theme: Make a needlecase or pincushion in the style of your choice. It can be sewn, crocheted, felted, knitted or made in any way you like - it's up to you!

     
     

    If you are not on our mailing list and would like to take part email louise@madeandmaking.co.uk by Friday 17th June.
    On Monday 20th June we will e-mail you your swap partner and full instructions.You have until the grand reveal on 11th July to post your project to your partner.

  2. We are delighted to announce that we will be having our first charity knit session on Monday 20th June from 2-4pm. We will be amking a simple proejct that is suitable for anyone that can knit, beginners to intermediate. Please do come along and join us and help a worthy good cause. If you have them, please bring along 3.75mm needles, but we'll have spares to hand and if you can doante any DK yarn all the better but we will have that too. We look forward to seeing you and if you have any queries please do get in touch.

As the May half term approaches we're thinking ahead and have started to list all our summer holdiay workshops too.We've a great range for the children and are delighted, with our new space, to be able to continue to run a selection of adult workshops through the holidays too. We've been listening. xx
