Welcome to our  loyalty scheme.

With our loyalty scheme you will earn points on every pound spent with us and can redeem on any purchase made with us.

It is totally automated which means that there is no longer a need to carry a card around or to remember to get your stamp. With our new scheme your discount accumulates on every purchase, whether a face to face, online or recorded workshop or even kits. (Retreat bookings  are excluded). We want to thank you however you choose to support us.

How do I earn points?

You will now receive 4 loyalty points for every full pound that you spend. These loyalty points sit in your customer account and you can log in and see your balance at any time. If you log in to make a purchase, you’ll be shown your points balance. Please note points cannot be earned on purchase values where they are being redeemed and are not earnt on Retreat bookings.

How do I spend my points?

You can select to spend them on any purchase. No minimum spend required. Chip away on all your bookings or save up for a special treat. We’re letting you choose. Each point has an equivalent value of 1p.

How do I get my points?

You just need an account with us. Every time you log in and make a purchase, we will automatically credit your account.
