Children’s Skirt

children's skirt making workshop

This workshop is a brilliant opportunity to introduce your child to a sewing machine. Sewing is a life skill and a wonderful skill to gift.

In this session your child will make their very own skirt! During the session we will explain how a sewing machine works and how to sew (with an emphasis on beginning, finishing and respecting your seam allowance). This is a great project for the beginner.

All you need to do is drop them off with their choice of fabric (see below).

We’ll give them a drink and a biscuit and have them waiting with (and possibly wearing!) a new skirt.

Our tutor is DBS checked.

This session is open to 8 years and over.
