Karen has always enjoyed sewing and even as a child was cutting up small amounts of fabric to make dolls clothes. Karen spent many years working in soft furnishings before going on to working in an education environment, first as Primary school teaching assistant then running an after school and holiday club. She now loves sewing patchwork and always has several different sewing and knitting projects on the go!
