Coastal Flowers Cushion

Coastal crochet cushion workshop
This is a workshop to get started on two crocheted cushions inspired by the beautiful flowers that bloom all along the coast… from Sea Daises to Wall Flowers and Sea Figs. The colours and textures of these gorgeous flowers, plus the sunny sea views they enjoy, can be found in this sweet pair of cushions.

9:30 am - 1:30 pm

What will we cover?

One of the cushions is crocheted in the round and the other is crocheted in rows so there are different techniques to try. Textured stitches, different stitch patterns as well as making lots of little flowers adds to the fun!

How will I be taught?

Eleonora will guide you through the pattern and stitches to get you started on a cushion, giving you all her tips and tricks along the way.

Do I need any previous experience or skills?

This workshop is suitable for advanced beginners. You will need a basic understanding of crochet and be able to do basic stitches.

Are materials provided? Is there anything I need to source myself?

You will need to bring your own yarns and hooks to the workshop.
7 different colours are used. A good starting point is a DK weight acrylic or wool yarn as they are cosy for cushions but you can bring along any yarns to experiment.

What will I take home with me?

It’s probably not possible to crochet a whole cushion in the time of the workshop but Eleonora will share lots of tips and techniques and provide you with the full written pattern to then be able to finish at home.

Drinks and biscuits will be available

During all of our workshops photographs are taken for promotional purposes only. Please make us aware at the time of booking if you would prefer not to be included.
