Next steps in Tunisian Crochet
Have you tried Tunisian crochet? If you’ve done our initial session with Eleonora or have tried Tunisian crochet before and done the basic stitches such as Tunisian Simple Stitch and Tunisian Knit stitch then this workshop is for you!
Join Eleonora for this next steps in Tunisian Crochet workshop where the technique will be delved into further allowing for more exploration of the stitches available from this great technique.
What will we cover?
In this workshop you will learn different techniques in Tunisian crochet such as textured bobbles, more lacy stitches and stitch combinations as well as colour changes to take your Tunisian crochet to the next level.
How will I be taught?
You’ll be taught in our lovely studio by a friendly and experienced tutor, through demonstration and guidance as you work.
You’ll also be able to ask questions, making sure everything is clear and that you’re getting the best results you can.
Do I need any previous experience or skills?
Yes, you need to already be confident with the basics of Tunisian crochet to join this course.
Are materials provided? Is there anything I need to source myself?
You’ll need to bring different colours of DK yarn and a 5mm Tunisian crochet hook.
A crochet workshop for those that can already crochet.
What will I take home with me?
You’ll leave with a variety of gorgeous samples of Tunisian crochet.

Tutor
Eleonora is a passionate crochet designer and blogger. Her Dutch mother crocheted her own wedding dress in 1974 and Eleonora was wrapped in crocheted blankets soon after she was born - it really has always been a part of her life! Eleonora lives with her husband and three children. As a designer she draws a lot of inspiration from the coastline where she lives, and shares this through her blog: www.coastalcrochet.com. Many of Eleonora's designs have been published in magazines including 'Simply Crochet', ‘Inside Crochet’ and 'Crochet Now', and she posts regular updates on her popular Instagram account @coastalcrochet. In her day job she works part time as a nurse and has hosted crochet workshops as part of local NHS wellbeing events.
