What will we cover?

During the workshop, you will:
– Learn basic and decorative stitching techniques
– Explore darning, patchwork, and embroidery methods
– Experiment with color, texture, and pattern to make repairs a feature, not a flaw

How will I be taught?

In our light and airy studio by our friendly and experienced tutor

Do I need any previous experience or skills?

No prior sewing experience is required—this workshop is perfect for beginners and experienced menders alike.

Are materials provided? Is there anything I need to source myself?

Bring along a favourite piece of clothing that needs a repair, or just practise on a sample piece of fabric.

All necessary tools and supplies will be available, but feel free to bring any fabric scraps or embellishments you’d like to incorporate into your repair.

 

What will I take home with me?

Bring along your favourite damaged clothes, and by the end, you’ll walk away with a beautifully mended piece and the skills to continue your mending journey at home.
