Stack and whack quilt pattern (PDF)
As demonstrated on Sewing Street.
This is a fantastic fun project.
The stack and whack technique creates a fascinating and individual quilt top with a selection of easy to assemble kaleidoscope blocks.
You will need;
Piece 1 for the hexagons – this will be the length of 6 repeats of your fabric. (As you will be cutting 6” triangles the minimum repeat of your fabric should be 6″).
For the border: Piece 2 – 75cm
Fabric Background: 1m
You will also need fabric for the back of your quilt, binding and wadding. 40cm should be sufficient for the binding.
The approx. finished size is 55” x 50”.
You are purchasing the detailed instructions to complete the patchwork. This will be available to you as a pdf attachment to your purchase confirmation so that you don’t need to wait and we dont need to bother our posties!
